Are the fire pits in stock or made to order?

  • Yes! Our fire pits are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch unless a colour has been specified, in which case dispatch will be delayed until your fire pit has been through our paint department

Can I choose to collect my fire pit?

  • You are more than welcome to collect your fire pit from us if you wish

If I decide after I have bought the fire pit, can I purchase the paint to spray it?

  • Not a problem. Use our contact form to send us a message and we'll help you through the process

If I buy more than one, can I combine the shipping?

  • Due to the way that the pallet network operates, shipping costs are calculated per pallet. We can fit 4 fire pits onto a single pallet, meaning that you will not pay additional shipping unless you order 5 fire pits or more

Can I buy the cooking grills at a later date?

  • Yes. All accessories can be purchased after your fire pit

Will I be able to unload the fire pit on my own?

  • Our fire pits are very heavy, an indication of their quality. For this reason, we advise a minimum of 2 people when lifting or carrying

Will the fire pit last longer than the metal one I had?

  • Most definitely. Our fire pits are solid cast iron, and will certainly stand the test of time
